Tank systems

Modular tank systems

Fully engineered modular water storage in two sizes, 25,000 and 40,000 barrels, set by telehandler in a published 4–6 hours.

Capacities

Two sizes. One engineered system.

Both sizes are built from the same modular panels and set the same way, by telehandler in a published 4–6 hours. Select a size to read it in US gallons and cubic metres.

01 / Modular panel design

Capacity is a matter of panels.

Hydro Towers tanks are built from modular panels. Adding or removing panels increases or decreases capacity, which is how one engineered system builds both of our sizes: 25,000 and 40,000 barrels.

A crew member in high-visibility clothing guides a tank panel as a telehandler lifts it into position, with water trucks waiting behind.

02 / Telehandler installation

Set in hours. No crane.

Our panels are designed to be set with a telehandler, equipment already common on location. Removing the crane from the set cuts installation to a published 4–6 hours and was chosen specifically to improve safety.

03 / Fill and suction lines

Stainless steel where the water moves.

Fill and suction lines are stainless steel for durability, and designed for efficient water flow in and out of the tank with minimal residual water left behind.

Specification

Fully engineered.

Every Hydro Towers tank is fully engineered. Dimensions, footprint and site requirements for either size are available on request.
